In office today, put yourself in check how you react to conflicts between staffs. Check how you respond to conflicts, do you always take sides of him that is close to you, or takes side with whom gives you gifts and other fringe benefits? Put this in check, how do you acts against injustice served on member of the lower cadre, and how do you respond to gossip over the principal officers?
Mahatma Gandhi said "Truth never damage a cause that is just" don't be afraid to speak the truth when an issue embroils in the office. By doing this, you are moving high to been the best and the masters love.
