Never Outshine Your Master
The first law of power says "Never outshine your Master" same rule applies to government workers, private partners, sole proprietors, secretary's, and other branch of office workers.
There is organogram/stages in work, the best is to play your part and play it well. What is worth doing is worth doing right and best. If a master in the hierarchy of work see a lower cadre officer trying to outsmart his idea, it send a wrong note for the young officer.
The best to do as you approach the new week is to have a word in mind "Never Outshine your master".
