Stranger by the River - The Political Psychology of the 2023 elections

The 2023 propositions are simple.  " If . . . then . . . " or  "Either . . . or . . . "

In a conditional proposition, one ought to add "always" or "sometimes" to quantify the proposition, otherwise, it will be indefinite and may cause errors, especially in Nigeria where we have a large number of critiques. 

Thus, in the categorical proposition "Man is an animal," one must specify whether every man is such or only some. Thus, one must specify whether a judgment is exhaustive or not so as to avoid errors in quantification. We call propositions whose subjects are individual particular propositions, such as "Buhari is standing waiting." An example of a proposition whose subjects are inclusive and which the judgment applies to all members of the class is "All men are animals."

In an existential indefinite conditional proposition, we say, "It may be that if . . . then . . ., or " Either . . . or . . ." There is also indefiniteness in some, for the individual things may be many. Let that "some" in a syllogism be given a name - APC, for example. Thus, it can be said, "All APC members are such and such" and the proposition will become definite, so removing the misleading indefiniteness - ba tazarce! {Not possible}

The existential proposition is not useful except in certain cases of conversion and contradictory presidential aspirants. Likewise, in conditionals, if it is said, if Obi is in the Nigerian Sea, then he is drowning, let it be specified and thus made universal to include Biafra. It should then be said, Whenever Atiku is in the Nigerian Sea and does not have a boat in the Southwest and does not know how to swim in some parts of the Southeast, then he is also drowning.
