Those who said the scarcity of petrol and naira notes is targeted at discrediting Tinubu or controlling vote buying should know that there is Atiku and Obi, and also the idea to change the currency at a time like this at conception was erroneous and can't serve a worthy purpose. Also, they should learn to understand the political explanation of -1 and +1. Those who know politics will not be blinded by the vile and contemptuous inclination and bigoty sentiment of both political parties that are parties to a conspiratorial pact signed with public funds, from the particular candidates to the general party.
The problem with Nigerians is that they see adaptability as acceptability and a trait one must have to survive. But the truth is that only an unwise man adapts to an unfavorable situation that doesn't conform to his habitat. We have done ineptly so well to acclimatize ourselves to poverty, stress, and difficult situation that it now becomes a distinguishing attribute and insignia of recognition. When they said "Humans are higher animals", I think most Nigerians are animals with higher chances of getting whipped to control.

Promising to provide Social amenities like water, electricity, road, schools, security, etc are not worthy to be in a political party manifesto and shouldn't be regarded as a major assessment of the success of any regime. Those are general to the well-being of the state and it is on the unwritten rule and contract that has existed from time immemorial and should be a mandate of all governments. In place of this, I think there should be a constructive revolution to emphasize the need to establish a 'human-material sustainable development agenda' and a swift movement from the primitive sacralization of change that leans towards conservatism to a more dynamic, progressive, energetic, and transitive belief.
The static nature of policies, the blindness of laws, the speechlessness of leaders, the bleak ideologies of political parties, the ineptitudes of public officials and the misfits of the citizens, and all other vices that can shrink the state can only be corrected in such an environment where the people are enlightened to an extent about their rights, duties, and obligations to the state and also the Constitution is interpreted in such a manner that it doesn't create judicial confusion due to misinterpretation, hence to eradicate a repugnant pronouncement.

If youths get hold of power for like 20 years with the wrong mentality, our stories will still be the same if not worsened, because it is the right mentality that the gerontocrats lacked; as long as an old man isn't sick, is mentally stable and is in good condition with right mentality for development, it is better than youths that have learned the kleptomaniac trick.
As the February 25th and March 11th General election approaches, it will be thought wise to vote for a credible candidate, one with an unbeaten track record, experience, and grit to face the insurmountable, regardless of party affiliation, ethnic coloration, and religious sentiment.
Let the will of God be the will of the people.
