The Presidential candidate of the Social Democratic Party, SDP, has called on the Presidential candidates of the People's Democratic Party, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, and his counterpart in the Labour Party, Mr. Peter Obi to concede defeat and put a call through to Bola Ahmed Tinubu the candidate of the All Progressives Congress the expected winner of the Presidential contest.
He made the call due to the visible lead garnered by the APC candidate Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu since the coalition of results by INEC begins at the International Conference Center, Abuja.

Mr. Adewole Adebayo, Esq. the candidate of the SDP made the call through his verified Twitter handle, quoted "Chinua Achebe was right that leadership is the problem of Nigeria. Where are the true leaders? The same drama every election year is not progress. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan saved us in 2015. It is now time for Atiku and Peter Obi to show that they love Nigeria. The time to call Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu is now."

He further said, "I have more grievances than all the presidential candidates combined. I'm least satisfied with the results. I am dissatisfied with the choice of the electorate. It is the prerogative of the people to make unwise choices, but the choice is clear. We can be more honest all around.", he concluded.
Tinubu, who is seen coasting to victory with a considerable margin as per the results officially announced by INEC is getting the endorsement of Nigerians beckoning on Atiku and Obi to accept defeat and put a call through to Asiwaju in a show of patriotism.
Also, a PDP supporter simply known as Mr. Chris with the Twitter handle of @Topboychriss from Rivers State among many others calls on Atiku to make the necessary call to concede defeat to show sportsmanship. He has been seen tweeting "Atiku, make the call now" a statement he is doing repeatedly with different styles and scopes.
