Honorable Lawson Alade Mayokun popularly called LAF has lost his return ticket to contest for election to the Green Chamber representing the good people of Akure North/South in the forthcoming 2023 General elections.

He lost the election to one Derin Adesida, the election was contested between 3 candidates.

You will recall, that Hon. Lawson Alade became the Member representing the Akure North/South federal constituency after winning a by-election in February 2022, due to the call to glory of Honourable Adedayo Omolafe popularly known as Expensive.
