The operatives of the Independent Corrupt Practices & other Related Offences Commision has uncovered some stockpiled cash worth Billions of naira in the residence of a Military contractor.
The commission had in a statement revealed the property was situated at Wuse Zone 2 in the Abuja metropolis, the raid was carried out on Thursday, 16th June 2022, at the hours of 5:00 pm through 12:00 am owing to a suspicion of money laundering.
The said property, the commission said belongs to K Salam Construction Company, which is largely a Military contractor.

ICPC further claims the items recovered include N175,706,500; $220,965; G-Wagon; 2022 editions of BMW and Mercedes Benz cars; customized designer Wristwatches, including three Rolex, and some other property documents.
The commission arrested the Managing Director of the company, Mr. Kabiru Sallau, and stated that an investigation is ongoing as regards the matter.
This arrest is coming weeks after the operatives of the EFCC arrested the Accountant General of the Federation in connection with an alleged case of N80 Billion naira, and another N90 Billion respectively in like sum owing to corruption.
He was further released on bail and suspended afterward by the Minister of Finance and Budget Planning.
