In the build up to the 2023 general elections, some of the big wigs have been seen consulting different opinion leaders, elders and traditional heads, the most recent one is the meeting held with former House of representative members by Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Asiwaju in the meeting reechoed his lines, of transforming Nigeria tthrough agriculture and working with great minds.
He later wrote on his handle, "Today, I had a friendly and interactive session with a gathering of former National Assembly members who belong to our party, the APC.
Our conversation bordered on a number of pressing national issues and I sought their advice and support, as wise and experienced leaders of of the party, in partnering with me in my quest to become the Presidential Candidate of our party and to win the general elections next year for all APC candidates." Jagaban Borgu said.
In attendance were former EFCC Chairman, Nuhu Ribadu, James Faleke and host of others.
