President elect Comr. Aliyu Usman, A.M.D
"I want to congratulate absolutely everybody involved in securing the biggest win ever. I like to say, we have voted across party line, persona gains, and struggle wise, the election has come and gone, we are left with the work which lie ahead of us. And I enjoin you all that we come together and work as one, we have no state to call our own, save our very dear state Katsina, let's join hands together and rebuild our land.
"I have a message to all those who voted for us on Saturday, especially those who voted for me Comr. Aliyu Usman A.M.D, "You may only have lent me your vote and you may not think of yourself as a natural Opposition, your hand may have quivered over the ballot paper before you Tick to vote me.
"And if that is the case, I am humbled that you have put your trust in me, and that you have put your trust in us. And I, and we, will never take your support for granted.
"And I will make it my mission to work night and day, flat out, to prove you right in voting for me this time, and to earn your support in the future. And I say to you that in this election your voice has been heard and about time too.
We will deliver on the promise made to you good people of NAKATSS "Colossal new investment in infrastructure, in science, using incredible technological advantages to make this state one of the cleanest, and greenest in Nigeria with the most far-reaching environmental programme. We will stick to our campaign promises and deliver to you the strength of our ability Insha Allah.
This is our time, to put people back to work and open doors of opportunity for ones behind us; to restore prosperity and promote the cause of peace; to push hard the NAKATSS dream and reaffirm that fundamental truth, that, out of many, we are one; that while we breathe, we hope. And where we are met with cynicism and doubts and those who tell us that we can't, we will respond with that timeless creed that sums up the spirit of a people: Yes, we can.
"You voted for these things and it is now this government, this people's government, it's our solemn duty to deliver on each and every one of those commitments and it is a great and a heavy responsibility, a sacred trust for me, for every newly elected executive, and we cannot, must not let you down. "And in delivering change we must change too, in delivering growth we must grow too".
"We must recognise the incredible reality that we now speak of, literally for everyone who Worked, from the I-elcom Chairman Comr Anas Yusuf Skido, Secretary General Comr. Farhad Bature to other others I can't mention, I'm proud to say thanks for doing a Job well-done.
"And as the association hands us this historic mandate we must rise to the challenge and to the level of expectations.
