Member House of Rep. Adefisoye Tajudeen (Small Alhaji), Ade Adeogun and others visit Fashola

Respite is underway as Hon. Adefisoye Tajudeen (Small Alhaji) and other Ondo state caucus in the Green chambers of the National Assembly visited Mr Babatunde Fashola, the honourable Minister for Works and Housing in his office to press for an urgent rehabilitation of deplorable roads belonging to the federal government in Ondo state.

The leader of the team, Hon. Mayowa Akinfolarin, passionately appealed to the Minister to use his good office to rescue the good people of Ondo state as they face serious challenges commuting along these roads daily.

In a brilliant contribution, Hon. Ade Adeogun maintained that Ondo state did not benefit from the massive road projects executed by the Muhammadu Buhari led administration in 2015 to 2019. He urged the minister to come to the aid of the good people of Ondo state who are victims of kidnappers, armed robbers and avoidable accidents because of bad roads.

However, the minister appreciated the lawmakers for providing a platform for robust engagement. He blamed the inability of government to initiate road projects in Ondo state to lack of fund and promised to touch those roads consensually agreed upon by the lawmakers as soon as possible.

Other members include, Hon. member representing Owo/ose federal constituency Otunba Adelegbe,  BTO representing Akoko and others.
